Job Summary



We are hiring

Assistant Relationship Managers / Relationship Managers

to drive business growth through the

Broking Channel

in the assigned region. You will manage 8-10 partner branches, strengthen relationships, ensure quality business, and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and develop new business opportunities through partner branches. Manage and grow relationships with assigned brokers and sub-partners. Conduct joint calls and field visits with partner employees to generate business. Organize training programs for partner staff on products and processes. Ensure high persistency, low leakage, and a balanced product mix. Drive activation and productivity across partner branches. Facilitate partner onboarding, contracting, and technology alignment. Increase insurance wallet share within the partner ecosystem.

Achievement of Adj MFYP (Plan vs Actual) 13th Month Persistency (%) Growth in Revenue (GIR) Partner Branch Activation

Skills & Competencies



Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong stakeholder and partner management abilities Sales & distribution channel management experience Ability to train, motivate, and coach partner teams Result orientation and customer focus

Desired Candidate Profile



Graduate with

2-3 years of experience

in sales, distribution, or partner/channel management

Experience in life insurance

(Broking / Partnership / Banca channels) is mandatory Proven track record in driving business through partner relationships
