Job Purpose:- To generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and promote leased line internet services through effective telecalling.- The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining product features, and ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting the sales team in achieving targets.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to prospective customers (corporates, SMEs, institutions) for leased line internet services.- Explain service features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest and convert leads.- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate product information.- Maintain and update the customer database (CRM/Excel).- Schedule appointments/meetings for the field sales team.- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, references, and previous calls.- Coordinate with the Sales & Technical teams for smooth customer onboarding.- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
