Role Overview
We are looking for a Freelance Architect to support residential and commercial projects in Coimbatore. The role involves design development, preparation of drawings, and coordination with clients and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural drawings (concept, working, and detailed drawings)
Develop design concepts and space planning
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site engineers
Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations
Assist in material selection and basic cost awareness
Support site coordination when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Architecture
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit/BIM preferred)
Good knowledge of construction drawings and detailing
Understanding of residential/commercial projects
Strong communication and time-management skills
