Essential
8+ years of experience in process design / process analysis engagement for large complex global enterprises
Expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies, techniques, and methods, including process mapping/modeling
Strong domain & operations process knowledge in Banking
Proficiency in ARIS (BPM Tool) for process design and architecture- Certification in BPMN2.0 Modelling would be an advantage
Proficiency in ADO, MS Office
Excellent Stakeholder management & communication skills
Facilitate and participate in client workshops to understand process virtually and convert them to process models/maps
