Position Summary:
(Please provide a brief summary of the overall purpose of this role):
The Ariba Coordinator will support the SAP Ariba system in the Buying & Invoicing and Spend Visibility modules. Paramount to this role is the analysis of the system or spend, training of the user community, resolving issues and advocating for the use and expansion of the toolset. The ideal candidate preferably will have some Ariba experience and possess strong communication skills to work with Ariba support and PVH internal teams.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job

Assist users with Ariba system navigation, order placements, receipt handling and status checks
Serve as the first point of contact for Ariba-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving users and supplier's queries
Facilitate daily operational activities including clearing approval documents such as requisitions, POs, invoices, and receipts
Build relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs
Assist in testing and validating system changes, upgrades, and new functionalities.
Support Ariba Manager in supplier onboarding and enablement on the Ariba Network such as delivering training, sharing best practice and analyzing opportunities to increase system usage and adoption
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to implement enhancements and resolve system issues.
Validate and maintain user and supplier databases, run audit logs, execute scheduled tasks
Report on spend analytics and operational KPIs to management team
Maintain supplier catalogs with PVH procurement managers to ensure accurate products and pricing
Ad hoc projects and duties as required by Ariba Manager
Developing level of knowledge & skills - typically 2-5 Years of related experience
2-4 years of experience working with SAP Ariba systems in a support or coordination role.
Familiarity with Ariba modules with particular focus in Buying & Invoicing Module
Experience in user support, system administration, and supplier enablement.
Exposure to procurement operations, workflow management, and data governance.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
Education (Please choose):
Bachelor Degree Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
SAP Ariba training or certification is a plus.
Knowledge/Skills Required
(Please indicate if there is specific knowledge required to do this job, for example: computer technology, platform or language; specific area of expertise or licensing/certification, problem solving, analytical skills, effectively working with all levels, etc.)
Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
Attention to detail

Knowledge of PC skills preferred (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with Ariba Buying and Invoicing Module support is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
