Job Description
: Argus Safety Consultant The Ideal candidate should have good Experience on Oracle Argus Safety Should have min 2 years of working knowledge in Oracle Argus or other safety systems like ARISg, Aers etc. and understand the ins and outs of application architecture Working experience on modules like Argus configuration (System and Business), Argus Interchange/ESM, custom E2b profiles, configuring Argus Aggregate and Periodic reports. Good understanding of regulatory Standards like 21 CFR Part 11, ICH, GxP Willingness to work in Flexible timings (Shifts 24x5) Excellent problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills Experience in SQL, PLSQL and Good knowledge of SDLC / ITIL processes Plans, performs, and manages medium complexity production support tasks and activities that require generic knowledge about application and infrastructure support. Activities include monitoring production systems, initial triaging and troubleshooting, incident, change, problem management, SLAs and ITSM tools Works on planning and execution of problem, incidents, production processes, change controls and service requests Escalates unresolved issues to respective L3 support team
