Position : Area Sales Engineer
Job Location : Delhi (Initial 6 months he will be based at Baroda - Gujarat for training purpose)

Role Summary:
Sales Engineer is in charge of managing Key Accounts/Customers, plays a pivotal role in achieving the sales targets, and eventually generates revenue for the organization. Sales Engineer will be responsible for selling technical products and services to our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and experience in sales.
Qualification and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical or related field
2. 2-3 years of technical sales experience
3. Never give up attitude
4. Strong technical aptitude
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
8. Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend trade shows
9. Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools
10. Lead and develop assigned personnel
11. Ensure high productivity and efficiency through continuous improvements
12. Support a high level of cooperation between all involved parties, internal and external
13. Cultivate a management style, which regards all employees as partners in a team
14. Maintain the company's Corporate Identity through corresponding personal behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meeting the Sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting
2. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends
3. To ensure Company's market leadership position by creating differentiation from competition (Brand Promotion)
4. Map Potential Customers and generate Sales leads/New opportunities for the organisation
5. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and technological advancements
6. Identify and develop strategy to create new business verticals in order to increase the revenue
7. Client relationship management - Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
8. Consistently achieve budgeted sales and contribution levels with a specific emphasis on product mix, selling added value rather than volume.
9. Understand client needs and provide technical solutions that meet their requirements
10. Follow up all quotations, which have been prepared by the inside sales
11. To monitor and develop better co-ordination between Inside Sales and Estimation team.
12. Provide market intelligence and other reports as are required by senior management on a timely and comprehensive basis.
13. Provide training and motivating team members of Inside Sales to ensure team is delivering desired results.
14. Facilitate Project team to ensure smooth Contract life cycle management.
15. Facilitate Finance team to ensure smooth cash flows
16. Attend conferences and trade shows to promote products and services
