Training as per assigned Channel
?DSF: Manage the training roadmap (classroom and e-learning), training schedule and post training business impact
Primary Responsibilities
Conduct induction programs for all in sales hierarchy
To announce monthly training schedules by the 5th of ever month in conjunction with Zone Heads
Submit weekly / monthly reports to Head of Distribution Training
To ensure training records are maintained and updated constantly
Drive activation, productivity, career progression and retention of Relationship managers
Participate in morning huddle
Drive technology adoption
Risk
Participate in risk mitigation plans, contingency planning, business continuity programs by executing and reporting within defined timelines. Highlight and recommend process gaps, flaws and process changes.
