:
Service Delivery: Ensuring Delivery of services with the fulfillment of set parameters like TAT, Quality , Content, Approval and per RBI Compliance.
Data Updating & Monitoring: Compilation of Technical MIS for all areas in standard format by following up with Technical team
Valuation Agency Management : Review & cross audit of valuation agencies and Control.Regular Reporting on Audit Findings
Price Monitoring : Updation of Zone Base Master on regular basis
Technical Audit & Hind sighting: Carrying out Technical Audit & Hind sighting and Ensuring Compliance as per the Technical Process Manual/RBI guidelines
Location Visit : Visiting all the zone very quarter and getting updated with local real estate market practices & regulations
