Job Description

Apple Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Area Service Manager to lead and oversee service operations in Vizag and the surrounding region. The role involves managing the service team, ensuring high-quality after-sales support, and driving customer satisfaction through efficient processes and proactive service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise Area Service Executives / Technicians in the assigned territory. Plan and monitor service operations, preventive maintenance schedules, and complaint resolutions. Ensure service KPIs (response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction) are met consistently. Coordinate with the spares & logistics team to maintain adequate stock and availability of parts. Train and develop service engineers, channel partners, and dealers on product knowledge and troubleshooting. Analyze service data, failure trends, and customer feedback to implement improvements. Manage escalations from customers and provide effective solutions. Ensure compliance with warranty, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), and service policies. Prepare and present monthly service performance reports to management. Work closely with the sales team to support pre-sales technical clarifications and post-sales service commitments.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / BE in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering. 4-7 years of service experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role. Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of energy solutions, automotive, or power-related equipment preferred. Excellent communication in English, Telugu, and Hindi. Willingness to travel across Vizag and nearby states when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
