Key Responsibilities

? Handle escalations from Service Coordinators and monitor SLA adherence and

complaint resolution timelines.

? Allocate resources and manpower to ensure timely resolution of service issues.

? Analyze product failure trends and coordinate with vendors for necessary actions.

? Approve replacements, warranty exceptions, and financial adjustments as

required.

? Oversee regional budgeting, operational planning, and P&L accountability.

? Recruit, train, mentor, and develop regional service teams, including field engineers.

? Drive service delivery excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

? Conduct trend analysis, strategic planning, and implement continuous improvement

initiatives.

? Escalate only critical unresolved issues to HOD with complete case documentation.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
