Key Responsibilities

? Handle escalations from Service Coordinators and monitor

SLA adherence

and complaint resolution timelines.

? Allocate

resources and manpower

to ensure timely resolution of service issues.

? Analyze product failure trends and coordinate with vendors for necessary actions.

? Approve

replacements, warranty exceptions, and financial adjustments

as required.

? Oversee

regional budgeting, operational planning, and P&L accountability

.

? Recruit, train, mentor, and develop regional service teams, including field engineers.

? Drive

service delivery excellence

, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

? Conduct

trend analysis

, strategic planning, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Escalate only critical unresolved issues to HOD with complete case documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

? Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Electronics/Electrical Engineering

or a related field.

? Minimum

3 years of experience

in service management or operations, including

regional leadership

experience.

? Strong

leadership, mentoring, and team development skills

.

? Proficiency in

CRM/ERP systems

, budgeting, and strategic planning.

? Excellent

communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

.

? Willingness to travel extensively and manage a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

? Experience in

electronics, EV industry, or automotive sector

service operations.

? Certifications in

Project Management (PMP)

or

Customer Service Excellence

.

? Knowledge of

field service management systems

and logistics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
