Roles & Responsibilities
Generate business by visiting bakeries, cafes, sweet shops, hotels, restaurants, and industrial kitchens.
Promote bakery and confectionery products (premixes, flavors, colors, chocolates, tools, decorations).
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Conduct product demos and provide support for application-related queries.
Take regular orders from clients and coordinate delivery with distributors.
Ensure proper stock availability at distributor points.
Work on route planning and cover the entire Lucknow territory efficiently.
Achieve monthly, quarterly sales targets and increase product penetration.
Track competitor activities and update the management team.
Prepare daily sales reports, visit summaries, and maintain MIS.
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and sampling activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1-3 years of FMCG / Bakery / Food industry sales experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of the Lucknow local market
Must be comfortable with extensive field travel
Basic Excel and reporting skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and good at customer handling
Graduate mandatory (MBA Marketing preferred)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
