Manage and grow sales across the Agra territory for bakery and confectionery products.
Visit bakeries, cafe chains, restaurants, sweet shops, hotels, and industrial kitchens for product promotion.
Generate leads, onboard new clients, and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
Ensure product awareness--premixes, chocolates, flavors, edible decor items, colors, tools, etc.
Conduct product demos and provide technical support when needed.
Coordinate with distributors and ensure stock availability at distributor points.
Take daily orders and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.
Conduct regular market visits and track competitor activity.
Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, food events, and product sampling.
Maintain daily sales reports, collection tracking, and submit MIS on time.
Handle route planning and efficiently manage field travel within the Agra region.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in FMCG/FMCD/Bakery sales (preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Good understanding of the Agra local market
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Sales Reports)
Ability to travel extensively within the territory
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
Graduation mandatory (MBA preferred)
