Appoint new dealer & develop the dealer network in the assigned region.
Marketing activities in the assigined region.
Payment Collection
Customer service & Complaint Management.
Maintaining good relationship with existing dealers by visiting them regularly.
Explaining the advantages of the product to new dealers and various fabricator /discount schemes and other incentives.
Conducting fabricator's meet and coordinating with marketing team in order to increase market share for the dealer.
Reaching the given sales target by regularly following up the dealers for orders.
Doing the proper due diligence before appointing a new dealers so the payment is not stopped.
Following with the dealers regarding overdue payments.
Attending quality compliance received by dealers and fabricators and take appropriate steps to satisfy the grievance of dealers/fabricators.
Giving proper marketing reports analyzing compotator feedbacks pricings etc. to the ASM
Working with company branch management team in order to enhance the brand value in the market
