We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented

Sales Officer

to promote and sell our building material products in the Trichy region. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in dealer/distributor management and project sales within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, and contractors. Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach in the assigned territory. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct regular field visits for order follow-up and payment collection. Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and pricing. Prepare daily sales reports and update management on market trends. Support marketing and promotional activities for brand development.

Requirements:

Any Degree with 3-5 years of sales experience in building materials, cement, TMT, or related products. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region. Good knowledge of local markets and customer networks. Self-motivated and target-driven personality.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
