Job Description

We are looking area Sales officer for our company Shyam Steels for various locations Cooch Behar, Alipurduar, Jalpaiguri and Lower Assam (Bongaigaon) having minimum 2 to5 years' experience in Sales department like roofing sheet/Building Materials industry.

Preference will be given to local candidates

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage sales in the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop effective strategies. Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.

Key Requirements:

Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2-5 years of relevant sales experience in roofing sheet/building material sales industry or equivalent . Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Good understanding of constructions material, market dynamics, distribution networks, and customer behaviour. Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
