Job Description

We are looking for Young and Dynamic Candidates for FMCG Sector.

Candidates Should be a Graduate and Age Criteria: Below 35

Should be able to handle the B2B sales and marketing & Retail Sales with minimum 2 years of experience in this relevant field.

FMCG or Distribution Experience added advantage.

Candidate should have a valid driving License with Two-Wheeler.

ROLES:

Executioner of the company and distributor plans, Training resource for the Distributor Sales Executive.

ASO are responsible for identifying development areas for the DSE, preparing a training calendar and imparting in-market training to the DSE.

In addition, selling volume, achieving RPS distribution and merchandising, and building goodwill in the distributors market with a few top stores.
