Responsibilities:
1. He/ She will create an Action plan for achieving
the Sales Target, breaking it down to End-user
segments/ areas/ no of end users etc. Corporate/
IT Parks, Large Commercial centers, Facility
Management companies, Quick Service
Restaurant chains, Hotels will be the key
customer segments.
2. He/ She will create a Sales pipeline for New
Business prospects, use Value-selling technique
and close the accounts within a reasonable
period. New Business Development will be
focusing on key customer segments mentioned
above.
3. He/ She will appoint and manage Distribution
partners that will service the end-users at the
same time help in achieving the Sales target.
4. He/ she will personally build strong relations with
the decision-making authority within the end-users.
5. He/ She will get market information and share it
among the team e.g., competitor product
strengths and weaknesses, new product
launches, new product ideas.
Qualifications:
+5 years\xe2\x80\x99 work exp. (min. 3 years Sales
experience with Project Sales)
Graduate or MBA
Languages: Fluency in Hindi, English
