Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Development:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the civil engineering and construction industry.

Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.

Achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.

Market Research and Analysis:



Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Develop strategies to position the company's products and services effectively in the market.

Stay updated on industry advancements and standards.

Marketing Strategy:



Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's brand and services.

Manage online and offline marketing initiatives, including social media, trade shows, and networking events.

Create promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.

Client Relationship Management:



Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

Act as a primary point of contact to address client queries and ensure satisfaction.

Negotiate and close contracts in alignment with company objectives.

Collaboration:



Work closely with the engineering and operations teams to align sales and marketing strategies with project deliverables.

Provide feedback from clients to improve service offerings.

Reporting and Documentation:



Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project updates.

Prepare periodic sales and marketing performance reports for management review.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the civil engineering or construction sector is a plus.

Strong understanding of civil engineering concepts, materials, and project lifecycle.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.

Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: ₹39,486.37 - ₹77,055.85 per month
