Responsibilities


Achieve the monthly/annual targets of Sales, Distribution, Merchandising, Receivables, and New Product targets. Implement corrective measures Sales targets allotment & execution within team members by breaking down yearly targets into Quarterly/Monthly/Weekly/Daily and within the Retailers under his purview. Responsible for "Sales Force Automation implementation in team working and ensuring 100% compliance. Responsible for channel partner management. Responsible for Top Outlate management Qualifications
