The Sales Officer will be responsible for expanding market presence, and managing distributor relationships for candy and confectionery products within the assigned territory. The role involves field sales, order generation, market execution, and ensuring brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Appoint, manage, and coordinate with
SS,
distributors and retailers.
Conduct
daily market visits
and ensure proper product availability.
Generate orders, follow up on dispatches, and ensure timely collections.
Execute
schemes, promotions, and in-store branding activities.
Monitor and report market feedback.
Ensure
proper display, freshness, and stock rotation
of products.
Expand distribution by adding
new retail outlets.
Maintain sales reports, beat plans, and daily activity reports (DAR)
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience:
1-4 years
in FMCG sales
Education:
Graduate / 12th pass
(MBA Sales preferred but not mandatory)
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively in assigned territory.
Knowledge of general trade, FMCG distribution, and retailer handling.
