Designation: Sales Executive

Location: Mahesana Gujarat

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the steel industry through market research, lead generation, and cold calling. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide suitable steel product solutions. Present and promote our range of steel products and services to clients, including conducting product demonstrations and delivering sales presentations. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability. Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently meeting or surpassing sales quotas. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop strategies and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and market penetration. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and potential risks.
Requirements:

Proven track record in sales, preferably in the steel industry or a related field. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated and driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Solid understanding of the steel industry, including knowledge of different steel products, applications, and market dynamics. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage customer data, and generate reports. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Educational qualifications preferred:

Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree

Salary: 20K to 30K
