Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities for Aluminium Doors & Windows in Ernakulam and surrounding areas. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, fabricators, and dealers. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical/product solutions. Conduct market visits to track competitors, upcoming projects, and customer trends. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales planning and execution. Handle inquiries from customers, digital platforms, and walk-ins with timely follow-up. Coordinate with the technical and operations team to ensure smooth order execution and after-sales service. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to management.

Desired Candidate Profile:



Graduate/Diploma in Business/Marketing/Civil/Mechanical (preferred). 2-5 years of sales experience in building materials (Aluminium, uPVC, Glass, Doors & Windows, or related). Strong network with architects, builders, and contractors in the Ernakulam region. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
