Team Management
Lead, guide, and motivate Territory Sales Executives/Officers.
Monitor team performance, set targets, and ensure productivity.
Provide training and on-the-job support to enhance skills.
Distributor & Channel Management
Appoint, manage, and strengthen distributor and dealer networks.
Ensure proper stock levels, timely order fulfillment, and ROI for distributors.
Expand retail coverage and penetration in the area.
Market Development & Execution
Implement sales strategies, trade promotions, and product launches at the ground level.
Analyze competitor activities, pricing, and offers to safeguard market share.
Identify new opportunities to expand business within the territory.
Operational Excellence
Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing norms, and trade guidelines.
Monitor secondary and tertiary sales, claims, and discounts.
Optimize usage of trade schemes and budgets.
Reporting & Analysis
Track daily/weekly sales performance of the area.
Prepare MIS reports and share insights with Regional Sales Manager.
Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
Customer & Trade Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with key retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
Resolve escalations, disputes, and service issues promptly.
Act as the face of the company in the assigned territory.
