Role Overview
We are hiring
field-oriented Sales Executives
for our
Bangalore / Hyderabad / Kannur / Kochi markets
. This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable with
site visits, customer meetings, follow-ups, and closing deals
, rather than desk-based or tele-sales roles.
You will be supported by
digital marketing leads
, technical back-end support, and standardized quotation systems.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads generated through digital marketing
Visit customer sites for
initial discussions and measurements
Meet architects, builders, and homeowners
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the design / technical team
Present proposals and
follow up consistently until closure
Maintain lead status and follow-up discipline
Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements
1-4 years experience in field sales (building materials, interiors, fabrication, or related fields preferred)
Two-wheeler with valid driving licence (mandatory)
Good communication skills (English + local language)
Basic understanding of drawings or willingness to learn
Ability to travel within city limits daily
