We are looking for motivated and experienced sales enthusiastic to join our dynamic team of Iron & Steel division. The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for leading the sales efforts within a designated geographic area, developing new business opportunities, generating & handling leads and nurturing existing customer relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, Products and strong interpersonal skills to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
xe2x97x8f Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales & retention targets within the assigned geographic area.
xe2x97x8f Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including potential clients, projects, and partnerships.
xe2x97x8f Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
xe2x97x8f Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to create and execute sales & marketing plans, forecasting, and budgeting for the designated area.
