Role & responsibilities



Identify and onboard new customers and channel dealers

Conduct regular field visits to develop and maintain strong B2C relationships

Promote and sell solar products to retail clients

Achieve monthly sales targets and expand customer/distributor network

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer service

Provide feedback on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity

Prepare sales reports and share regular updates with management

Preferred candidate profile



Requirements:



1 to 2 years of B2B field sales experience (solar preferred)

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and ready for fieldwork

Local market knowledge of Anand and surrounding areas

Own two-wheeler preferred
