Key Responsibilities:



Sales Generation and Target Achievement:



Generate leads and convert them into sales by identifying potential customers (e.g., contractors, infrastructure projects).

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Develop and execute territory plans to maximize sales opportunities.

Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to order closure and payment collection.

Dealer Network Management:



Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and sub-dealers.

Visit dealer counters regularly to understand their needs and address any concerns.

Identify and onboard new dealers to expand the company's network.

Provide support and training to dealers on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Customer Relationship Management:



Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable TMT solutions.

Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or complaints promptly.

Maintain regular communication with customers to build strong relationships.

Market Knowledge and Analysis:



Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.

Conduct market analysis to identify competitor activities and opportunities.

Gather and analyse market data to identify trends and opportunities.

Reporting and Administration:



Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

Follow up on outstanding payments and bad debtors.

Manage and track sales performance metrics.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:



Experience in sales, preferably in the construction materials industry (e.g., TMT bars, steel).

Experience in channel sales, handling dealers and distributors.

Knowledge:



In-depth knowledge of TMT bars, cement, and related construction materials.

Skills:



Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Strong sales and customer service skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Other:



Ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
