. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in B2B field sales, especially within industrial or plumbing sectors, and a solid understanding of the local market. This is a field-intensive role requiring strong networking, relationship-building, and territory management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in assigned territory.
Visit hardware stores, plumbing suppliers, construction sites, agriculture-related vendors, and distributors to pitch products.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the factory and logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Collect market intelligence on pricing, competitors, and customer preferences.
Prepare daily visit reports and update CRM or sales tracking tools regularly.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade fairs as required.
Resolve client issues related to product quality, delivery, and payments.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field (preferred).
1 year or more of field sales experience, preferably in PVC pipes, plastic products, or construction materials.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory).
Basic understanding of sales metrics and reporting.
