Role: Area Sales Officer - BangaloreWe are looking for an Area Sales Officer based in Bangalore to develop and strengthen our presence across Mumbai and the Maharashtra region. Cytron is rapidly expanding in major retail chains, and this role will be responsible for driving retail excellence in the region.Role Purpose- To drive Cytron's sell-out, staff advocacy, and brand visibility across Large Format Retailers (Croma, Reliance- Digital, Vijay Sales, Bajaj Electronics) through retail training, field operations, influencing produc recommendations, and accurate reporting. Key Responsibilities Retail Staff Training - Train store staff on Cytron products including Qi2 chargers, GaN chargers, power banks, cables, and hubs. - Conduct morning huddles, refreshers, and demonstrations. - Explain strengths vs URBN, Ambrane, Boat, Belkin, Anker. - Maintain training logs, attendance, and test scores. In-Store Sales Execution - Drive sell-out in assigned stores. - Influence store staff to recommend Cytron. - Support customer conversion with demos. - Ensure planogram execution, visibility, and price accuracy.Retail Operations & Retail Math - Perform stock checks, RTV, FIFO, planogram compliance. - Use basic retail math: sell-out vs sell-in, attach rate, ASP, stock cover. - Update daily/weekly reports using Google Sheets. Competition Intelligence - Track competitor offers, new SKUs, pricing, visibility. - Submit weekly insights with photos.
