Location: Amravati , Maharashtra Job Type: On Roll We are looking for a motivated Area Sales Officer-team Leader to join our Agency Channel team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Recruit and train Life Insurance Agents (Advisors). - Guide and support agents to help them generate business. - Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers. - Train new joiners and coach them for consistent sales - Meet monthly and yearly sales targets given by the company. Qualification & Experience: - Graduation (Any stream) - Mandatory - Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or direct sales. - Strong field presence and people-handling skills - Local language fluency preferred (Marathi/Hindi) - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
