Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Officer to drive business growth through the agency channel. The role involves managing channel partners, expanding market reach, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Appoint, manage, and motivate channel partners within the assigned area Drive sales through distributors and partner networks Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct regular field visits and market mapping Train and support partners on products and sales strategies Monitor competitor activities and market trends Ensure proper visibility and promotion of telecom products

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in field sales Experience inBFSI , telecom or FMCG sales preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple partners and territories Target-driven and comfortable with extensive fieldwork

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline Local market knowledge is mandatory
