Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve area business targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives / Sales Executives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, stockists, and key customers.
Ensure effective coverage of doctors, chemists, and hospitals (if pharma/medical industry).
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
Drive new product launches and ensure execution of promotional strategies.
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and credit guidelines.
Train the sales team on product knowledge, selling skills, and territory management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / MBA (preferably in Marketing, Life Sciences, or Pharmacy for pharma sector).
3-6 years of experience
in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory/team handling role.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze data, plan strategies, and execute effectively.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
