Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate business opportunities in the

Project Sales segment

(builders, architects, contractors, and institutional clients). Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and consultants to promote company products. Drive sales growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory. Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations to close project deals. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery. Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry networking events for lead generation. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.

Required Skills & Competencies:



Proven track record in

project sales/business development

(preferably in building materials, bath fittings, construction, or related industries). Strong network with builders, architects, contractors, and project consultants. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office/Excel; CRM knowledge is an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience:



Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred). 2-5 years of relevant experience in project sales.

Compensation:



Competitive salary (fixed + incentives). TA/DA as per company policy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
