. The role involves managing sales operations, distributor networks, and retail/channel partners within the assigned territory to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and drive sales performance in the assigned territory for stationery products (e.g., pens, notebooks, files, art supplies, paper products, etc.).
Appoint, develop, and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers to ensure strong market penetration.
Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet volume, revenue, and distribution objectives.
Ensure product visibility and availability across trade channels (retail, institutional, modern trade, and B2B).
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional trends.
Manage secondary sales and track distributor stock levels to ensure healthy inventory turnover.
Support marketing and promotional activities such as product launches, in-store branding, and school/institutional campaigns.
Train and motivate the field sales team (Sales Officers/Executives) to achieve sales targets.
Submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and institutional buyers
