Job Title - Area Manager - Jaipur(Retail store)
CTC offered - 22k - 30k
Someone who has experience managing a store, team handling will work.
What are we looking for? We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to help us train and keep our employees at their optimum potential and hence attain our business goals.
What you'll be doing:
? Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of the assigned stores.
? Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
? Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
? Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
? Sustaining/growing sales revenue by setting/monitoring sales fundamentals monthly, quarterly & yearly
? Ensuring to manage rostering-leave attendance of employees who report to you
? Coordinating with other departments to improve customer service in every respective area.
? To guide team for expiry, non-moving and narcotic products and their processes
? Taking care of look and hygiene of respective stores
? Guiding team for selling OTC products
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?22,025.30 - ?30,031.45 per month
