Job Description

Below is broad roles and responsibilities.

1. Sales Target Achievement



Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned products and territory. Execute daily sales calls and follow-ups to generate orders. Ensure proper product mix and focus on high value capital products and projects.

2. Territory Management



Plan and execute coverage for hospitals (50-300 bed), clinics, diagnostic centers. Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Maintain updated customer and territory databases.

3. Customer Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, procurement heads, dealers, and hospital administrators. Provide accurate product information. Handle complaints and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting



Collect competitor activity, pricing, and promotional information. Report field activity, sales data, and feedback through CRM or daily reports. Provide input on market trends, product demand, and customer needs.

5. Execution & Compliance



Ensure timely order booking, delivery follow-up, and payment collection. Maintain adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
Qualification: Biomedical Engineer/MBA/Engineer

Experience: 4-6 Yrs of equivalent experience in healthcare equipment(Heavy / Capital) sales

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Experience:

Radiology OR Medical Equipment(Heavy / Capital only) sales: 3 years (Required)
