Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities through:
Direct sales to high-energy users
Market intelligence and opportunity research
Networking and professional relationship building
Engagement with EPC firms and engineering consultants
Meet prospective and existing customers to:
Present and explain technical and commercial solutions
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable offerings
Build long-term relationships as a trusted technical advisor
Support order closure with profitable and acceptable commercial terms
Respond to customer enquiries accurately and within timelines
Prepare and manage technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and feasibility reports
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
Maintain customer records as per internal processes
Provide market, competitor, and regulatory feedback
Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and planning
Attend industry conferences and exhibitions as required
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong engineering knowledge and application understanding
Proven experience in selling high-value engineering or technical solutions
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Understanding of project management principles
Strong commercial and business acumen
Proficient in IT tools and CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Engineering
Experience in Energy, Waste, or Environmental sectors (preferred)
Direct B2B sales experience in engineering or technical solutions
Willingness to travel extensively
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
