Job Description

To drive channel sales and business development for batteries and inverters through effective dealer/distributor appointment, secondary sales, and market expansion in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, appoint, and manage

dealers/distributors

for batteries and inverters. Achieve

monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

. Build strong relationships with channel partners to ensure

brand visibility

and

market penetration

. Conduct

market surveys

to identify potential business opportunities. Ensure timely

collection of payments

and maintain credit control. Monitor

competitor activities

and suggest counter-strategies. Coordinate with the

marketing team

for promotional activities, branding, and lead generation. Train and motivate distributors' sales teams for improved market coverage. Prepare and submit

sales reports, forecasts, and MIS data

regularly
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
