Techno-Commercial Sales Performance & Revenue Growth for Industrial Power Transmission Products. New Business Development & Technical Selling to Direct Industrial OEMs & End Users. Industrial Distribution Network Expansion & Channel Management for Aftermarket MRO business. Lead generation & Conversion of Leads into Opportunities & Business. Technical Selling to provide belting solutions to customers for the application. Continuous Update of Market trends, Industry dynamics, Customer needs & Competitor activity. Identify Opportunities & Develop Strategic approach to stay ahead of competition & convert into business. Alignment & Execution to deliver organization's goals, vision and strategies and deliver individual KPIs. Understanding business processes & operations to improve efficiency & sales productivity. Cross functional team collaboration to exceed customer expectations on products & services, on-time deliveries, customer complaint timely solution & deliver sustainable profitable business growth. Order book & Sales forecasting to support business planning and inventory management. Adoption to CRM Salesforce Management & MIS reporting.

Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree of Mechanical Engineering with Industrial experience in Power Transmission Products. Relevant Experience in handling Direct Industrial OEMs & End Users for Industrial products. Expertise of Industrial Market Geographical coverage, Industry Segments & Customer database. New Business Development & Consistent Sales Performance Delivery & Growth. Techno-Commercial Selling Experience of Industrial Products with Business acumen to drive success. Strong Customer Relationship to understand their needs & provide solutions and deliver sales objectives. High level of Customer Centricity providing timely solutions winning customer confidence. Learning Aptitude for enhancement of product & application knowledge, commercial skills and adaptabilty. * Willing to travel 75% out of home-town.
