Job Title : Area Managers for Central West Bengal, Mushirabad, 24 North Paraganas, 24 South Paraganas, Malda and Nadia. (Pesticides Industry)
Reports to: State Manager
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience
Pasura Crop Care Private Limited wants to hire 6 Area Managers - leaders responsible for generating and managing sales and marketing activities in Central West Bengal, Mushirabad, 24 North Paraganas, 24 South Paraganas, Malda and Nadia.
Each Area manager has to look after sales, marketing and R&D activities for the district.
He must:
Achieve sales targets and possess strong ability to liquidate stocks
Create and manage budgets
Create and implement sales and marketing strategies
Lead a team of field force
Create a network of dealers / distributors in the entire state
Create an environment for promoting and adapting the products of the company within the state
Develop and implement marketing and brand promotional activities through farmer meets
Build good relationship with state agriculture officers
Create a good rapport with the team at the head office and with sales & marketing teams of other states
Maintain accurate records of expenses related to sales and marketing activities in that state
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture
Minimum 5 years of experience as Area Manager in West Bengal
Demonstrated skill in creating and managing a dealer / distributor network
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets for at least 5 consecutive years
Strong written and verbal skills
Ability to work independently and posses troubleshooting skills
Aptitude to create and manage a marketing field force - an entire team of Assistant Managers, Sales Officers and Field Agents in the assigned state
Demonstrated skill in handling marketing and other allied tasks
Demonstrated technical expertise in the regional agronomy practices
Demonstrated fluency in Bengali, Hindi and English
