Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and productivity
Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management
Conduct regular training and development sessions for the sales team

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Food/Beverages industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
