Position Title: Area Sales Manager / Sales Executive

1. Job Purpose
To drive sales and business growth by identifying and acquiring new customers (fabricators), maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, generating project leads, and ensuring successful order processing and collections. The role is field-based and demands strong networking and market penetration capabilities in the building materials or uPVC sector.
2. Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Management
Identify and onboard new fabricators and sales partners
Maintain regular contact with existing clients for repeat business
Conduct field visits and client meetings regularly
Lead Generation & Sales Closure
Generate and follow up on project leads and inquiries
Visit architects, builders, government departments, and statutory bodies to promote products
Conduct product presentations and ensure conversion of leads into orders
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery follow-up
Ensure timely payment collections from clients
Maintain daily reports via CRM tools, laptops, and mobile apps
Market Development
Build relationships with accessory and allied product suppliers
Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
Identify new growth areas and expansion opportunities
3. Candidate Profile
Criteria Requirement
Education MBA (Preferred)
Experience Minimum 5 years in channel/field sales in uPVC/Building Materials
Age: Between 25 to 45 years; must be well-groomed and presentable
Skills Communication, Negotiation, Relationship Management, Territory Knowledge
Mobility must own a two-wheeler for travel
Tech Readiness Must own a laptop for reporting and a smartphone for app-based attendance (GPS enabled during work hours)
