We are looking for an experienced & young Sales Manager Maharastra Zone 1. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our sales and marketing strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline and also monitor our sales performance with the goal of expanding our company's market share.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent as well as team management
Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities
Qualifications
BSC/MBA, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
3+ years of sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
