Qualification:
Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Apparel Management
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Target Achievement:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
Drive sell-in and sell-out through regular follow-ups with retailers and distributors.
Retail & Channel Management:
Manage franchisee stores, multi-brand outlets (MBOs), and exclusive brand outlets (EBOs).
Ensure availability of the right merchandise, size ratios, and timely replenishments.
Distribution & Inventory Planning:
Ensure optimal stock availability across stores.
Monitor inventory movement, returns, and stock aging.
Business Development:
Identify new markets, retailers, and franchisee partners.
Plan and execute store openings, retail activations, and area expansion.
Reporting & Coordination:
Prepare and share sales reports, sell-through analysis, and competitor tracking.
Coordinate with merchandising, logistics, and marketing teams for product and promotional support.
Team & Relationship Management:
Manage and motivate field sales staff or store teams (if applicable).
Build strong relationships with channel partners for long-term growth.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Sales planning and market mapping ability
Knowledge of garment industry retail formats (MBO/EBO/LFS)
Analytical mindset and Excel proficiency
Willingness to travel frequently
Preferred Industry Exposure:
Apparel, Fashion Retail, Footwear, Innerwear,
Experience in both distributor and direct retail channel management is a plus
