Job Description

Sales & Revenue Growth



Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for rooftop solar installations. Drive new business acquisition across residential, commercial, and industrial segments. Prepare and execute area-wise sales plans and strategies.

Team Management



Lead, train, and manage BDMs/BDEs/Telecallers within the assigned area. Monitor daily sales activities, site visits, lead follow-ups, and closures. Conduct regular performance reviews and sales meetings.

Channel & Partner Development



Appoint and manage channel partners, dealers, and referral networks. Build strong relationships with architects, builders, RWAs, electrical contractors, and consultants. Ensure partner alignment with company policies and pricing.

Customer & Site Coordination



Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solar solutions. Coordinate with technical and project teams for site surveys, feasibility, and execution. Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution and customer satisfaction.

Market Intelligence & Reporting



Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market opportunities. Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline data, and CRM updates. Provide regular MIS reports to management.

Compliance & Process Adherence



Ensure documentation accuracy including proposals, agreements, and payment terms. Ensure payment collection as per company sales policy before installation (if applicable). Follow company SOPs, ethics, and compliance standard

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
