Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed sales targets

for both

team and self.

Drive business growth

by identifying and developing new market opportunities across

automotive and commercial sectors

, while promoting

OEM-approved lubricants

from a leading

PSU oil company

.

Acquire new customers

and

build long-term strategic partnerships.

Monitor secondary sales data

and implement

corrective actions

to meet performance goals.

Build and manage distributor networks

across regions, ensuring

business alignment and growth.

Lead, mentor, and motivate

the

sales team

with clear individual and team targets.

Develop and maintain relationships

with

OEMs, suppliers, and key industry stakeholders.

Ensure

effective product placement

premium visibility

, and

upselling

of

high-value lubricants.

Manage

sales budgets, forecasting, and profitability

for sustainable growth. Conduct

weekly performance reviews

and

plan travel schedules

for market visits and business expansion.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven track record in

B2B and Channel Sales

within the

Oil, Lubricants, or Automotive sector.
