Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned area.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
Recruit, train, and motivate sales representatives to achieve team goals.
Monitor daily sales performance and ensure timely reporting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key clients.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare and share periodic sales performance reports with management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3-6 years of experience in sales or business development (FMCG / Telecom / IT / Pharma / etc.).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
