Key responsibilities:
Operational management:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
Sales and revenue growth:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Identify new sales opportunities and markets for business growth.
Prepare financial report, sales analysis and operational metrics for senior management.
Client and distributor management:
Manage distributor performance and ensure alignment with sales goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, bars, clubs, and restaurants.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-3+ years of management experience in the liquor, hospitality, or retail industry.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyse data.
Strong knowledge of alcohol regulation and compliance requirement
Preferred skills:
Experience with licensing and regulatory agencies.
Familiar with alcohol sales trends and marketing.
Background in inventory control.
